We are a small company located in Hemmant and run a small computer network consisting of 6 computers. Recently we have been experiencing major problems with our Computer System due to uninformed and inexperienced IT businesses. This inexperience cost our business into the tens of thousands of dollars and left us unsure as to whether we were being correctly informed and also paying for hours of work to IT people with NO result.

We were left with an unoperational system for three months and were constantly having to chase up and express our urgency in this matter - with no result. We had to manually produce all documents to our clients which in itself is time consuming and not good business practice. Many hours were spent by staff doing overtime to compensate for this.

Tony Grima was called in at a time when we were at our wits end - having had enough of the poor service that we had continually been receiving. To our delight Tony was able to come out that day and discuss and peruse our systems and requirements. Upon his arrival I found Tony to be extremely professional and polite in his manner and all dealings with the staff in this office.

After some discussion in which we feel Tony stood out above the rest in the terms of the information he was requiring and process in which he went about solving our dilemma was nothing short of outstanding. Tony was able to cover every facet of our business requirement and gather an understanding to the point where he was able to offer us solutions that day. Tony's thoroughness also helped me to find another way to produce our documentation for clients.

In the days preceding this initial meeting Tony constantly kept us up to date as to where he was with our problem and the progress he was making with it as well as reassuring us constantly that he would find a solution to this problem. Our system was fixed in four days.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Tony Grima to any business requiring his services. Tony displayed a high level of understanding individual business processes and was able to apply them appropriately. I found Tony to be highly motivated and enthusiastic in finding a solution to our business requirements.
