Tony is a director of The Psychological Assessment Centre along with Debbie Anderson.

For a number of years, Tony was actively involved in the day-to-day management of the business, marketing existing and new services and in-house development of computer systems. In early 2006, the business was restructured and now Tony concentrates on contract software development and assists with TPAC business as required.
